Olivia Furniture is a Discount Store with wholesale pricing for the public.
At Olivia Furniture, our focus is to offer high quality furniture and well known name brands to our customers at discounted prices. Therefore, due to our low margin we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items.
Olivia Furniture guarantees that all purchased merchandise is to be picked up or delivered in new condition. Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up. After 48 hours of delivery or pick-up, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s).The product return shipping cost will be paid by the customer,
Any seller approved exchange or return is subject to 30% restocking fee. All merchandise must be in original packaging and free of defects, scratches or scruff. Original receipt must be present and dated no longer than 5 days since sale. Any return, exchange or refund is at seller’s discretion and has right to refuse or not accept any merchandise that has already been sold. No cancellations, refunds or exchanges of selection will be given for merchandise that has money down, but not picked up or delivered yet.
If one or more items in your order has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before the merchant ships all of the items. Please note that you may not receive a rebate of any interest that may have already accrued on an amount that later gets refunded.
