Delivery Policy

We offer same day - next day or within 5 days delivery up to 99 miles from our store for selected products, please contact us before buy it. Same-Day Delivery is not available Saturdays and Sundays. 

CURBSIDE DELIVERY: Furniture delivery to the curb or end of the driveway outside the requested delivery address. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. 

We ship the some items to 48 states.  Delivery date depends on the destination.  It usually takes 1 to 7 business days for Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Temple, Killeen, Waco, College Station, and Bryan areas & their surroundings, and 1 to 8 weeks for the other locations including out-of-state addresses.

Damaged Products & Missing Pieces:

Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up. After 48 hours of delivery or pick-up, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please keep the original packaging of damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement. The product return shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

 If one or more items in your order has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before the merchant ships all of the items. Please note that you may not receive a rebate of any interest that may have already accrued on an amount that later gets refunded.
