Curbside / Ground-Level Delivery Only: Items will be delivered to the designated exterior entrance at ground level. This service does not include carrying furniture inside, upstairs delivery, or placement in specific rooms.

No Assembly Included: All furniture is delivered in its original factory packaging. Unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal are not included.

Adult Signature Required: An adult aged 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

Inspect Upon Delivery: Customers are encouraged to inspect the packaging and items for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.

Damage Reporting: Any damage must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery by calling 346-774-2919 or emailing sales@oliviafurniture.com.

Please Note: Delivery personnel are not responsible for moving furniture inside the property, assembling products, or removing packaging materials.

Indoor Drop-Off Delivery
