Important Delivery Information:

Curbside / Ground-Level Delivery Only: Items will be delivered to the designated exterior entrance at ground level. This service does not include carrying furniture inside, upstairs delivery, or placement in specific rooms.

No Assembly Included: All furniture is delivered in its original factory packaging. Unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal are not included.

Adult Signature Required: An adult aged 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

Inspect Upon Delivery: Customers are encouraged to inspect the packaging and items for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.

Damage Reporting: Any damage must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery by calling 346-774-2919 or emailing sales@oliviafurniture.com.

Please Note: Delivery personnel are not responsible for moving furniture inside the property, assembling products, or removing packaging materials.

Indoor Drop-Off Delivery

Our Indoor Drop-Off Delivery service provides convenient delivery of your furniture just inside the ground-level entrance of your home, apartment, or commercial property.

• Delivery to Your Preferred Room: Our delivery team will bring your furniture to the designated room, provided the location is safely accessible and there is sufficient clearance through doorways, hallways, and staircases.
• No Assembly Included: Furniture is delivered in its original factory packaging. Unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal are not included.
• Adult Signature Required: An adult aged 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
• Inspect Upon Delivery: Customers are encouraged to inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
